This journal provides immediate open access ( CC-BY Creative Commons license Policy) to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public. We are in support of greater global exchange of knowledge. YASHAYURVED allows readers to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of its articles and allow readers to use them for any other lawful purpose, as long as the author and journal are properly credited, which ensures maximum dissemination and a wider impact of our publications.
The authors (or their contributors) retain copyright in their work. The Corresponding Author has the right to grant on behalf of all authors and does grant on behalf of all authors, a worldwide license to the YASHAYURVED and its licensees in perpetuity, in all forms, formats and media (whether known now or created in the future), to publish, reproduce, distribute, display and store the Contribution, translate the Contribution into other languages, create adaptations, reprints, include within collections and create summaries, extracts and/or, abstracts of the Contribution, create any other derivative work(s) based on the Contribution, to exploit all subsidiary rights in the Contribution, the inclusion of electronic links from the Contribution to third party material where-ever it may be located; and, licence any third party to do any or all of the above. YASHAYURVED allows the author(s) to retain publishing rights without restrictions.

Plagiarism detecting software (currently Plagiarism X software) is employed to check the originality of an article submitted to YASHAYURVED. The manuscript that is submitted is understood to be unpublished work and is not considered for publication elsewhere. Duplicate publication of the submitted manuscript in whole or in parts will be considered as breaching of plagiarism policy and is not welcome by the journal. YASHAYURVED follows the instruction to prevent or handle plagiarism benefit from higher levels of academic honesty. Best practices and advice for building academic integrity policies as per plagiarism.org is considered at the level of best.
